Olympus Gang Houses
- Given that this is a large refactoring we'll add additional gangsheds to some key areas to provide renewal in processing areas
 - new gang houses spawned around the map on the outskirts of towns
 - Minimum 4 gang members (access will be limited automatically if drops below 4)
 - 5 million to purchase
 - 10 hours between all gang members to purchase a gang house
 - Same concept of paying rent and upgrades as gang sheds
 - No payment in advance like you can for gang sheds
 - Any rank can access personal garage
 - Rank 1+ can access virtual and physical inventory
 - Fully upgraded 5,000 virtual storage, 450 physical storage
 - Wardrobe included in gang houses
 - Upgrade to pull vehicles 1 million
 - Sell price to realtor 2.5 million w/o upgrades (5 million w/ upgrades)
 
Add flare hummingbird purchasable in rebel shop
- Price would be 2x normal hummingbird price
 - Regular rebel
 - 1.5x price to upgrade
 
Give1 extra warpoint for ripping players out of Hunters, Striders, or Ifrit
- For war kills only

Unarmed Ghosthawk for LT+
- $650k Base
 - Separate skin for easy identifying so civilians know it’s safe to shoot
 
APD Hummingbird with the Flares variant
- Corporals will have the ability to upgrade their Hummingbirds in the same capacity and pricing as Civilians
 
Clearing caps in Warzone
- $150k reward for successfully clearing the cap
 - Taxed based on rank
 
Attempted/Aiding in Federal Events straight to jail
- Players may be sent straight to jail if the bomb timer is still up during a federal event provided, they have participated in that event
 
Increased Armed Plane Durability
- Adjust the plane so that it requires two Titan missiles to be shot down instead of just one, giving players a chance to escape rather than being instantly destroyed for both factions.
 - As suggested with the Flare Hummingbird, re-evaluate the vehicle's flares to make them more effective and increase the total number of flares available
 
Combat Meta Changes for S1 and Invasion
Remove MRAP Double Jump
- Exploit that allows people to jump into their ifrits instantly
 - Makes Ifrit dropping no risk
 - Already Exists on Conquest
 
Remove DPI jumping in active federals, Invasion and Warzone
- Those areas are in consistent combat
 - An exploit
 - Already removed from conquest
 - Easier for staff
 - Less grey areas
 
Smoke Filter on Server 1
- just view distance limitation but no blur
 
Denied Ideas:
Civilian
Rework cost of vigi spawn points (reduction) - Reduces required grind for RP by half from 2000RP to 1000RP.
- Currently, the system to 500 per spawn point
 - First spawn: free
 - Second spawn: 100 RP
 - Third spawn: 200 RP
 - Fourth spawn: 300 RP
 - Fifth spawn: 400RP
 - or relative add 50 RP to each of those values
 
Change how the blackwater vehicle spawns so it works like a vehicle impound yard
- Will fix the problem of 6 hawks being pulled on bomb blow
 - Will force the APD to work as a "team" to take down the trucks carrying the BW vehicle
 - Make the truck indestructable so no explosives can be used to blow it up and prevent arma from being arma
 
Add Mk200 hummingbird to airdrops (uninsurable)
Add a Starbucks to Kaval Square (Players can purchase coffee)
- Red Burger currently has no competition
 
Add pistol red dots to s3 (QOL)
APD
Lower Armed Plane insurance from 1.2mil to 750k
Kidnapping Govt. Official Rework
- Reason: Anyone involved in the kidnapping of a government official should be at risk of having the charge applied to them
 - Assign separate charges depending on whether the player is a Medic or an APD member
 - Make the charge manually addable so that all participants in the situation can receive it

Captain Tier 5+
Dopamine at Cop HQs
- Reason: Most of the time, if a cop has dope and returns to HQ, they either ask for a lethal or kill themselves. This change is primarily for quality of life and wouldn’t change much of anything.
 - Disabled when HQ Takeover Terminals are active.
