    sov never reports anyone for trashing her unless they go WAY overboard (and as she knows) when it is overboard and she reports it, its handled. Same thing here. If the other stuff is not reported, then how do we know someone has an issue? Talking about someone's dead family is not a new line. I have in-game bans placed for those (including one perm). Someone calling someone a regular ass gamer insult (bitch, cunt, faggot, etc) is not gonna get banned. But when you involve real life stuff, the line starts being crossed. If theres a post that it going over the line on sov for instance and she reports it, then itll be handled. I think she just got the thickest skin here half the time so we dont know about it.

    I also did not forum ban either one of these folks - so again not sure how this ends up on me lmao. I gave one 2 hour warning for talking about a sibling and a non restrictive warning a dif day. Both reported.

Any other shitty things that were said should have/should be reported. Saying I drew a line makes no sense. I didnt go in the post and cherry pick some things i didnt like dawg.

    Wild take due to your last ban resolution. As I said a few posts above. I brought the topic up to staff and I think it’s worth revisiting. I’ve mostly agreed with your point of view in this post but you feel insanely defensive to any of my remarks. As it’s been handled for over a year now, that is a ban. Do I think it’s worth discussing if it should be? Yes. Your appeal is only 3 hours old. The banning admin has to handle the ticket. I cannot lift your ban for you here. Instead of trying to fight anyone who responds in here, wait for the banning admin to talk to you. Who may work with you on the situation. Doing all this does not help appeals. We have an appeal process for a reason. I brought up the topic. Your appeal is in place. I am locking this post as it’s serving no purpose other than to be mad at anyone who responds. Be patient. The banning admin will get to you asap. Add any information you’d like for them to review in your appeal.

    we brought it up again recently but i dont think it was remembered to be a meeting topic again. Ill note it down for current staff to discuss it. From what I understand it was officially determined at a meeting before I cam back. But we'll see where it stands now.

    The same rules you’re quoting is the rules that is used to argue against it. Simply having someone in restraints itself isnt considered a hostile action. Again, I think the argument against that has validity. I’m just telling you that this has been enforced this way for quite some time now and isn’t some brand new change.

    It has been enforced this way for a long time, not sure where the one month ago thing came from. I’m not arguing that your point of view is invalid, multiple players have the same outlook and I don’t think it’s a bad outlook, but the way it’s enforced is that the engagement timer officially starts from the time the person is last restrained and/or there are shots. The enforcement of this has been scatterbrained over the years but the ‘general’ consensus for most years was as I stated and has been the regular since I came back to staff a year ago. Just wanted to clear up that this wasn’t some brand new change or anything.
