    If the ban isnt lifted and you get banned in the future, you wont have this ban on your record. So, its always good to appeal every ban because you never know when you may get it lifted and save yourself from a longer future ban.

    As a whole expect a lot more focus on the civilian faction vs APD & RNR. It's been admittedly neglected despite being the biggest faction. Not to say the other factions won't get some love, but Civ side needs some catching up.
