    Personally I can speak for the support team that we get A HUGE (https://i.imgflip.com/w990w.jpg) (thanks rex) amount of people who come in talking about people breaking rules, but confining all the people to 1 server already developed would be horrible. Gangs like VX who are only on s1 would no longer exist. It's worth my time to answer questions about reports all day to keep the server clean rather than whitelisting servers and killing half the community IMO

    One of the problems that often will cause a texture bug or blackscreen is a lack of RAM or memory. Try clearing up any unbeeded storage and cutting down on programs running in the background.

    The only way Obama could have better dealt with it would be by going back in time and stopping 9/11. There is no way it could have been solved that did not involve either too much money or leaving troops there forever. And although it may seem like keeping troops there was a good idea, we still would take heavy losses of troops to ISIS, as it did exist at the time we pulled out. The problem was that we just didn't calculate the Iraqis inability to run a government that has control.

    I personally had some great experiences with kind people that took me in and gave me a tempest to run cement with them, and having great roleplay with cops during traffic stops.
