In reality, Support team does work for the server. We receive hardly anything until now. We had a MOTM that could receive a reward of their choice that maxes out at 3 million. That is 1 person that would receive a reward every single month. We finally got a support team uniform that was approved months ago, and we have a ugly hatchback.
Support team's sole purpose is to help other people. You are either helping newer players, middle manning situations, teaching people how to put in a player report, showing how things work, and the list goes on. There was hardly a reward for support team and hardly any reason to stick around on support team. We are cracking down on tickets, they aren't getting paid if their tickets are dogshit 2 words. They commit time to help other people out and overall it would definitely add up to a bunch of time.
Ontop of that we seniors are refusing to get any of the warpoints.
Idk why you would have such a big problem with 25 warpoints every 2 weeks if they make their minimums.
