Dont disagree with you, but if I had a hemmit worth of drugs I think id rather try to fight off the cops than to just store it and lose all that money to nothing. But if a cop also engages a civ, and they stored, then its just another combat store to deal with. Honestly dont understand how the entire storing thing would be an issue.

2 options

1. remove the processing and revert back to what they were before this change

2. revert it to what it was long ago. where you can cap it for your gang
