It wouidn't matter if he just logged on anyways, he deployed into an active situation, so he was engaged with you still. If he was on civ, and just logged into his last location, that would be a different story. But as a cop he chose where to deploy and then drove into the active situation. Not your problem.

Just remember... the win rate is due to a SINGLE group of civs. Making buffs/nerfs based off that one group will only hurt the chances for every civ to win, and even the chances for this group of elite guys that are max geared and super good at the game. I remember the conversation not too long ago was about how HARD it was for civs to win, and if I do remember correctly, the sAPD told us to "get more people and get better". Now that the tables have turned the sAPD's tone has changed drastically. I think the only solution here that would fairly balance it every time is a tiered response based on the # of civs participating.

Sounds like @Bear needs to put an application in and start learning from Glux. I have taken two years of trade-school graphic design.. once you learn the lingo and what certain tools do, it's pretty easy to catch on to new concepts and applications. It's just all about familiarizing yourself with what you're using. Knowing what your end goal is is also super important. Helps you visualize it and make it happen with the tools you have.

Here's a thought: Vigi sees random tree shitter with 1mil bounty, surrounded by other tree members in Kavala. Vigi checks cars nearby, and finds the bounties car, places a GPS tracker, and waits for him to be alone or off guard. There's plenty of pros to outweigh the cons brother.

If a cop saw this, he would be calling backup and dealing with it immediately. Not wait for the person to leave to then search the house and not attempt to apprehend the person commiting the crime. Id be fine with my house being searched if the cops saw me storing a tempest of drugs, attempted to stop me, and I slaughtered the cops and left after storing the drugs. The problem lies with cops having a "house map" and camping houses, not intending to actually catch anyone and take them in, but just watching so they can wait for someone to leave and take the drugs the easy way while avoiding any RP or conflict. Also the problem lies in the fact that if someone simply walks into a house it can be searched, regardless of any other factors, their house or not. This is horrible for scats, which is a huge portion of the community.
