I *think* I found the reason for the bugs. Need other senior dev with perms to fix it. Also, looks like insured vehicles are also not appearing back in garages without insurance. I just fixed in for now, putting those vehicles back in your garages. Hopefully unless restart ate it in the last 2 days you SHOULD have your vehicle back.
