NLR is meant to avoid abuse, I am sorry you had a bad experience, however, because you are angry is no reason to circumvent the rules. NLR sucks sometimes, and there is nothing stopping you from requesting medic if you wish to stay in that city. However, if you break the rules, they can and will report you.
