the cooldown right now is fine tbh, although I would be in favor of removing betting altogether there's no reason for new (and old) players to be able to bet up to millions/a billion dollars they'll never do a run in their life and still have all the money in the world

If you want to dedicate that much time to trying to be lazy then go for it.

If you're that broke then wait for a restart and you'll be at $50k.

They always have. APD are not required to respond so previously they would auto repair after 10 minutes. That time was bumped up to 40 minutes.
