Server 3 will be online and playable during high population periods. Generally speaking, this will be manually opened in the evenings only after server 1 & 2 are both full. Once demand declines again, server 3 will once again remain closed. There will be a time announced for players to empty houses, etc if/when this is the case. TLDR: Server 3 will be open as demand requires it.
