On the titles, Cop kills, Faction ranks, and all that got fucked up and I don't have them unlocked anymore. wat da fak.

Everything is currently messed up when it comes to ranks and it is being worked on the R&R is going through all 209 members and latest removals to make sure ranks and time stats are as they should be during the weekend which is also why promotions and removals are postponed for the time being.
