Been saying this FOREVER. Been saying this on Civ council too. As a career civ, I can see civ being much more enjoyable if: A) Rebel gear was made cheaper. An average loadout will run me 250k, if we want more people to be playing for longer than just one push at cartels, making loadouts cheaper is one way. B) More people would push in ifrits if they were cheaper. C) Give Civs a notification 5 minutes before cops raid warzone. Much like civilians call terror on cities, cops should have to declare they are raiding warzone before it happens. D) Make runs more worthwhile, as it stands, I havent done a run in AGES because cop is 0 Risk for 100% reward. You lose nothing on cop and never make any sacrifices when making money.

Idek why a dev can ban someone anyways, I understand he can find incriminating evidence through logs and shit, but I dont understand why theyre allowed to ban people. Isnt that the whole point of having an unbiased team of moderators and admins. Let alone, I have NO FUCKING IDEA why a senior developer can make the final decision about why someone blacklisted from support team should or should not stay blacklisted. I think that is just going a bit beyond his reach, isnt there like a mission file or something that needs to be fixed?

I believe having a hit one someone could authorize an exemption to killing in restraints. If they have a hit on them and have decided to put their hands up when engaged, there is no reason why the should be granted invincibility. I feel like light role play should be applied, ie: You have a hit on you, Im going to be collecting this bounty. *shoots player in restraints*

Oh, boy, okay. Um, wow, thank you, thank you, so much for that warm ovation. As I stare at this magnificent bust of @Creepy , I’m reminded of how humbled I am to receive such an honor and how I vow to take very special care of it. I will never let it out of my sight. I will find a place of honor in my house for this magnificent bust. If my children try to touch it or even look at it, I will beat them. It means that much to me.
I want to sincerely thank the Olympus Community for this prize – and the fine folks at Bohemia for making this game. I am the 14th recipient of the Kavala Rat prize. And you’re probably asking yourself, why did it take so long? Well, for 13 consecutive years, I have been begged by the Olympus Community to accept this award and for 13 consecutive years, I have emphatically said, no. For years, I had many questions about this Creepy, the first being, who is he? It’s been donned on me that, since I was a small boy I have thoroughly enjoyed his delicious fried chicken.
Then my girl informed me that I was thinking of Colonel Sanders not Creepy. Despite my failings to grasp the importance of Olympus and what exactly they do, I decided to accept this award because of the prize money, $1 billion dollars, paid out over the next 10,000 years. To say that I’m thrilled to be here is a complete understatement, and to make this evening even more thrilling, I have just been informed that, I’m only the 11th Caucasian to receive this prestigious award.

So uh. Pretty big grey area here. Guess it’d involve more of an APD handbook change but I’m not sure. As it stands you can have hostage situations at active bank robberies. Given that APD cannot respond to hostage situations witch guns, technically they couldn’t be able to respond to the bank without showing up to a hostage situation with guns, thus failing the hostage situation. As it stands, if you have a hostage at a bank it should be a free bank.
