I'm not familiar with the number of people each staff member bans, but considering the fact that many new people complain about people breaking rules and staff not doing anything, surely it would be a good thing?

Oh, and by the way. No to all 3. All you're seeing is a one of the mods doing a lot of the tickets. The same amount of bans would be happening in the time period in question, but instead of Dantes name, you'd see Ignis/Rex/Meth banning them instead.
