I'm almost certain he's talking about selling money and he's mad he scammed.

The uhh... Paypal "donations" to other players after he felt bad that they lost large bets to him in game. He's done it to quite a few people.

1 being a college student now in debt of over $300 cuz of him

1 being a minor in debt $100 cuz of him
