Cell Phone in Olympus + Best sAPD member + Eggs

Add the cell phone feature to Olympus, imagine have fun it would be to call people on the server. It could be a good way to bring people together and make friends. It totally wouldn't be toxic either. Thoughts?

I'm not sure a cell phone would be possible without using something like task force radio.  Would be a neat feature though if possible =D
