If cops had some sort of small money loss like 20k every time they die would level out. Add one wp everytime they are killed at any rebel or warzone. Increase Sr Gear price. Why? Sr have the most opportunity to earn the most. Ghosthawks, lethals, and house/shed searching/ Make the gear for a mk1 cost 200k to reflect what a civ has to pay since they basically have a civ loadout.
