I have a shitty i5-4690k, GTX 760 2GB, 8GB RAM and a Samsung 850 evo 250gb SSD and a shitty half broke HDD and everyone said I should get 60 frames max and I optimized everything I could and spent a shit ton of time optimizing more and more shit and now I get 100 frames at a cartel while recording. So im a successful human being and I get better frames than alot of people with better pc's and along the way I learned a lot.

If I dont have my os on my ssd and then only have my games will I still see a performance increase with stuttering in game or will it not stop stuttering / load times as much?

If you were to put an OS on the ssd. will pretty much only boost your start up time/ open processes quicker i believe. than again im no scientist ! xD

cpu liquid cooling runs perfect for 15 mins after startup and then after that it just slows down ALOT causing my cpu to overheat

I also have a problem when in arma 3 launcher I try to set startup parameters and the maxmem always cuts off the last number, lets say I put in 4961 it just cuts off the one and makes it 496. I dont want to do set launch options

I was looking at fps guides and I downloaded 2 programs to enhance the power of my cpu and they are "ParkControl" and "Process Lasso" They are trusted but should I even use them?
