^ it's an advanced system you are installing to be able to kill the engine and remotely lock the doors. That's not supposed to be cheap or really re usable.

I'm no expert. But I'm pretty sure that's how all vehicles work because of server cleanup. I don't know if exceptions can be made for bait cars and they won't ever get cleaned up, if so, that could fix this. Otherwise there might not be a solution. Although it would be dumb that you'd have to stay so close to the vehicle for bait.
