    I had this issue previously, I updated my Geforce Experience and the issue was resolved.

    @Jesse For the Gang War System I sent someone a gang war request and they didn't receive the notification so we tried having them press F8 to see if it would still work and nothing.

    From what it seems like War Request can be seen sometimes. Maybe someone processing drugs or doing something could affect it along with maybe another hint notification popping up over that one immediately or at least close to it?

    The most probable reason as to why you lost the option to respawn/request medic/allow epi pen is due to opening another UI (Pickup Items UI), right before you died causing this bug to happen. It's a bug, RIP. I believe this bug exists because you aren't able to have two UI open at once, for example you can't pick up stuff and have your phone opened and request medic/allow epi/respawn are considered UI.
