Give the guy sometime, you’d be the same person asking why the President hasn't cured every issue from their campaign platform in the first year of their presidency when in reality they aren’t the sole decision maker. Just because he is the community manager that doesn’t mean things don’t need to be approved by senior staff or through round tables.

If you’re playing in public channels when you play in my opinion you’re setting a great example. When I was a Senior I very rarely played in interrogation rooms. I may have been undercover to stop people stacking the channel but I didn’t hide with just my friends. I’ll always maintain the focus of a senior should be to play with as many people as possible, regardless your rank, so you can evaluate those juniors when positions need filling in the future. Not to mention in puts a face to the name when some junior meets you.

@ Alpha and Omega it's almost like we use our brains when deciding punishment for bans unlike others games that deny you every time you appeal the ban.

You want to actually fix this from happening? Where the Chief has been in his position so long that he has become complacent and caused the overall health of the faction to drop? Term limits of one year for the Chief of Police. Only way they can serve longer than one year is if the current Chief leaves within one year they can stay for what would've been a year since the previous Chief became Chief. An example of this would be the US rule that the VP and take over for the President in the event of their death or resignation and the time they are President after doesn't count towards their two term limit(there is a limit of 10 years total but this wouldn't be applicable). Long story short, if someone stays at the same position while in the leadership of a faction for too long they are bound to make the mistakes of those before them or even worse. Must have been a part of his 10 hours a week to look at this post.

Hate to be that guy but since I left, Senior APD has been steadily circling the drain. This is because those at the top are so far removed from the Junior APD and even some other Senior APD their perception of the reality of the faction they run is far from the truth. As I said before it’s a shame that @ Winters doesn’t even make an effort to play. Let alone the fact that some of those at the top of chain don’t want to play with certain Juniors. Your job is to play with Junior APD, when I was a senior the expectations were the same for all of Seniors. Quite frankly this is the type of bullshit I would expect from an incompetent Chief. But I don’t think that @ Winters is incompetent. I just think it comes down to this, you’re either unwilling or unable. You can fix unable, you can’t fix unwilling.

If the question is finding who is over Arma or Senior APD I think the answer can be found from the man who implemented the rule as to whether he’s over the game or not. It’s a goddamn embarrassment to not play the game at all as the leader of the faction. Hypocrisy at its finest on display. I’ve always liked @ Winters but in the interest of what’s right he should give the reigns to someone else. And if he’s not sure or not trusting of who’s around him to do so then that’s a failure on him as he’s the one who picks who is the closest to the top. For context I missed my times like twice as a senior and that was nearly 3 years of it. When I knew it was time I told him and @ Mako . That was it, and that has been nearly two years. So if in that time there isn’t a capable successor then that’s a failure on him. Nerdy doesn’t want Chief and nor does he have the time for it.
