Apex is live, if you don't have the update verify your game cache on steam. If you are already on apex branch switch to stable and it will be a small download.

The fed is supposed to be hardest possible thing for civlians to do. Jails are already an easy win for a well coordinated team, the Fed is supposed to be hard to defend. It should take a team of at least 12 to effectivley hold it down, so the 4th gate is awesome in my opinion.
