Any armoured helicopter has the ability to deploy flares, armed planes also can I believe. If you open your radar it will show the direction of the missile being shot at you. Skywriting is essentially just smoke following your plane. Just scroll wheel and it will deploy allowing you to draw stuff in the air. Keep in mind if you are standing still or moving very slowly and you flare it may still hit you same if you are heading directly towards them.

There is no way I know of to get exactly the right maneuvering of the orca in editor. Your best bet would to either practice high in the sky on Olympus or mess around with the orca weight (I think) and see if anything feels similar to olympus

This doesn’t take into account the banks that civs do when they leave waiting to see if cops show up. If they don’t great free money, if they do then they just repeat the process when they leave.

Most of these are already a thing and if added to the rules I believe would only cause more confusion for new players as it’s just more things they need to memorize. Titans engage an entire vehicle so if you go off of that 7 can already be assumed. If an enemy gang member is in a vehicle your goal is to kill that person anyone else caught in that situation was just collateral, this doesn’t apply to only titans but any vehicle. 2 will lead to a lot of abuse and confusion imo, all you would have to do is shoot a single bullet at a vehicle that fly’s into a red zone and well after they’ve left they get randomly blown up. -
If a cop is obviously attempting to respond to the pharma you shouldn’t 3-1 them as they are still part of the pharmaceutical situation.

Posting a 10 second clip on the forums won’t do anything. If you have a 5 minute clip submit a player report or internal affairs on the support tab.

As of now we can use armed jeeps for any means or are we waiting on another handbook update for that to clarify it?

Typically you can get a response within a couple of days but it all depends on the staff member and how busy they are.

This is pretty worrying IMO. I don't think there should be more active chief whitelists than all of Sapd combined. The better the equipment the more rare it should be.

Well. I’m still whitelisted as a corporal but I’m such a shit shot that it doesn’t affect anyone. Also I’m pretty active.
I have fun playing the game and still play my role as corporal.
After all it’s a game and the server rewards you for hard work you have put on it.-

You expect a single screenshot to get someone banned? This happens all the time where people glitch out of buildings and it’s goes away within a second or two. Did he use it to his advantage in any way?
