      not even, all you have to go is go to the steam game, right click, properties, local files, then verify integrity of game files... this is what fixes it to me, it happens every so often and its a quick fix

I'm almost tempted to start writing down the names of cops who actually make it enjoyable to deal with cops and start donating again to those very very few people for understanding that it's a game and don't feel the need to power trip people.
