Dying and poorly run/populated gangs. Power creep on APD. A combination thereof. It's such a shame. I will forever maintain that cop fights we're the best thing in the server. Especially those 2+ hour fights that would start at fed and drag across the map to Athira/Pyrgos rebel. Or from Blackwater to Sofia.
