So as some of you may know we where "contacted" by Bohemia Interactive in regards to our approach to the buying/selling of various virtual assets. Needless to say they were not impressed and they wanted us to take more aggressive measures against offenders. So FROM THIS POINT ON the following activities will no longer be tolerated: Buying or selling Olympus money Advertising or promoting the sale of any virtual items within Arma for real world currency. This applies to in game and on Olympus forums, Discord and Teamspeak. Player sanctioned giveaway prizes pools. While Olympus has been granted Bohemia's approval for monetization this does not appear to extend to regular players. Anyone found to be breaking these policies will face administrative action not limited to but potentially including hefty bans, both in game and forums, and account wipes for both seller and buyer. To be clear people holding on to evidence of above policy breaks that occured before today will not be valid. ^_^

If you passenger seat someone it wasnt an accident lets be real. As for the bans on factions its always been a thing it was just never public. Some people werent making the distinction between ordering a medic to revive someone who has requested, which is fine, and ordering a medic to revive someome who has not requested which isnt possible.

3 Simple changes Medics can only be ordered to revive someone who has actually requested, this was changed in the R&R handbook previously and is just being added to the Server Rules. Rule breaks on APD or R&R may also come with administrative actions. This has always been the case it was just never pointed out in the rules. Taxi section has been removed finally. o7 Taxi's. Chapter 7: Do not harm R&R Do not mess with R&R unless they are going against your directives to offer services to another player. Citizens can only order a medic to revive a deceased player that is requesting medical service. Citizens may only interfere with a medic performing his or her duties by ordering the medic to stop reviving, or not to revive, a player, group, or gang. Never steal, rob, or harvest a kidney of an R&R member for any reason. At cartels and rebels, R&R may be killed on sight if they are on the ground. R&R Aircraft must still be engaged with text or obvious warning shots. R&R may be killed or taken hostage when following the guidelines found in the R&R Master Handbook under the Hostage chapter. For in depth R&R rules refer to the R&R Master Handbook. Chapter 18: Miscellaneous The below rules/guideline are things that do not fit into other areas but still need to be followed. Using the scroll-wheel or inventory option on a dead APD member or Civilian to attempt to get their weapon is not allowed. You may not drive a vehicle into the water to prevent it from being stolen, searched, ect You may not destroy property to prevent it being searched/raided. Extreme harassment may result in a ban. Switching to a different account after getting banned with your main account may result in both accounts being banned and for longer. If a player goes to the extent of using a game mechanic to prevent other players from playing the game, this can be considered as massive trolling. Anyone found to be doing nothing but trolling on the server in a severe manner may receive a ban. The RP window is 5 minutes so abide by this in regards to situations such as shooting, logging out, storing vehicles, ect. Killing someone in restraints is considered Fail RP. You cannot restrain someone outside of a redzone and then bring them into a redzone just to kill them. This is also FailRP. Exploiting is considered as abusing an in-game bug or using a game mechanic in a way that it's not intended to be used. Vaulting/restraining/escorting through windows is exploitng You may face administrative action for violating APD and Medic rules while on duty.
