No. That is a server rule under meta gaming. Not a R&R rule. -
The R&R handbook is being superseded to every medic. If you wanna go pick up a gun, have fun If you wanna 3-1 a cop, go for it The only things you cannot do are things that can cause issues past midnight tonight. @ Millennium I don't seen any reason not to reduce the respawn timer or remove it. If you play conquest to the degree you state you would know that being able to get back into the fight quicker is conducive to more fun, It goes both ways with quick respawns.

What's been up with APD Lethals lately?

fairly certain the lethal bug is no where near as big of a problem when it comes down to vigis vs. cops. The cops can switch between lethals and tasers with a single button, a vigi cannot. It rarely happens on vigi, but it used to be decently frequent back in the day on cop. -
