Maybe use a cord wrap, not sure but I thought I read about bite-proof cord wrap for issues like this -

Happy Holidays everyone, Just wanting to reach out and remind each and every Olympian that there is a place at my table for them this holiday season. While it may not be a physical table, I always think of you as family. I know that the holidays can be so incredibly difficult for some and isolating for others. Just know you are in my thoughts and most importantly you are not alone.
