Vigis already get automatic tasers, arrest powers, decent gear, relaxed engagement rules e.g. redzone camping or sending someone during shots. and free money for fighting.

I do not think that would be a constructive change. I ONLY really play Vigilante and I do not see the good side of having armored vehicles, it would be too cheesy.

I think vigilantes should be able to have this instead. Load it was taser missiles. Don’t worry about the range of the vehicle, it definitely can’t hit targets from 18 km away.
