I think there should be some reconsideration on some of the staff we have. Not bashing anyone, but imo some staff could hang up the cleats and let other, more active and fresh players have a shot at helping the community.
Like I said, not a bash at any staff, but some people have a lot to bring to the table but are restricted due to an inactive staff member holding a position they should let go.

@Iceman Quite frankly you are right Noah is a great candidate. I’m not gonna spill the full beans on an app like his, however I can say that your assumption on why he isn’t a mod is completely false. If we didn’t want him, his app would of been denied already. In the last few months we have accepted only 2 new mods onto the staff team, 1 was a Retired admin member, in which we all had experience with when he was at that position so we know how he is as a staff member, and another who stood out the most among the group of people that has applications in. Now this doesn’t mean the other applications were bad, it just means they needed some time to get passed what was holding them back. Aka if someone gets banned every other week, publicly racist and/or shit posting, the encounters they had with staff, how they interact with the community, etc we would typically let a potentially good candidate know how to fix their red flags. Some on the other hand just fix their issues without us even saying anything.
As for events, pretty much what panda and drama already said. Being that I used to do events every day before owner I understand how stressful and difficult these events can be. Although they are fun for the player, the staff member has to go through hell with the setting up of the event, dealing with the group of people that typically screw with the event, and then dealing with any of the hate if an event goes south. Everyone thinks I dump it all on @Headless, but the reality is, I personally asked headless to stop stressing himself and take a break if needed weeks ago. I told him he didn’t have to go through all of this and should take a break, his response was “nah I like doing it, I appreciate it though. If I need a break I’ll definitely lyk”.

Something that makes fights fun and has people coming back. There are players waiting to hop on for fights so server pop will def increase if fights get better.

I'm going to voice my opinion on a few things that i've noticed since i've come back. 1. Economy: Its Terrible. I have seen a total of maybe 3 runs in the past 2 months (on cop and civ). People are betting insane amounts of money and the fact that this is possible is wild. I should not be able to get off and overnight a gang member get 300+ mill by simply betting. No runs = Cop is basically bank simulator. Also betting is causing players to quit and even get banned. W I L D 2. Cartels: Weird vibe about this one. At times there are fights but there needs to be more of an incentive to fight. Most gangs will fight for maybe 3 loadouts (minus a few) and get off since there basically is no loss to losing cap. New players have a very hard time competing with veteran players and they usually just quit trying. WE NEED MORE EVENTS. Conquest is cool, but implement something daily to keep a consistency in fights. If there are more events revolving around warzone then that will bring more players to that side of the map. More fights will ultimately get more gangs fighting if there is an incentive to do so. 3. Activity: I see both servers being full but nothing really happens. Banks are spammed and that is a pretty crazy source of income for a group of 5 people. Federal events need small tweaks and they are pretty solid where they are in my opinion. Minus some nutty Armour waves.I see @Noahhh! doing some pretty crazy things with that podcast so community engagement is peakin. IT SUCKS because we have all of these nice things and are at the tail end of Arma 3's Life. Honestly the servers development is really good. It's peaking in that aspect of things and the design part is fire as well. If activity is high, this server is in such a good spot with how far it has come since i left. Obviously Arma is dead but this community isn't and with some implementations i feel like the server is going to be poppin in all areas. Cartels are going to keep the OG's around and with a little more emphasis on them I feel summer could be good for Olympus. BTW the uniforms are dope in game (the ones i have seen)
