    They still have to ask the cpls permission. It just means people save 100 bucks. That’s the only thing that changes. And they have to be in front of them. Cpls can pardon anyone at anytime.

    We would obviously analyze the situation. Use common sense though and if you see them doing unusual maneuvers, assume it’s a test. If you’d get reported and they’re doing nothing to obviously show they are doing a test, then we won’t ban you because how would you know? If you send a titan message to a medic maybe give them an extended amount of time so they could potentially send you a message saying they’re testing. Leave it to Rex to think only the APD exists ;D
