It's in one of the better sheltered places with decent housing surrounding. It's a top 5 drug with other taxed drugs being wayyyy behind.

The only reason it was never taxed is because the pro was where the pharma start is.

Cartels need the push. Although we pushed for a cartel off warzone to promote smaller groups. Senior staff did not agree.

Can't use houses in redzones, conquest or invasion. Can't spawn at them in WZ. Same concept really. Ruins events and fighting with low risk and also allows for rapid NLR breaking.
