Armed boats for civs would end up with apd wanting armed boats and with them having it, G L doing a jail / bw / bank without getting bombed by APD boats.

I would agree if it wasnt for the fact that currently theres barely people fighting as their too busy betting :^)

From my POV as both medic, cop and civ, i think the largest run ive ran into in the past 5 months is i one time saw two tempests and a box truck being used for diamond. Other than that i only run into SUV's and sometimes a Van. Betting should be removed 100%.
