i dont know why SAPD cant teach. when i mained kavala when db was huge i taught a ton of cops call outs for kavala and strats like footrunning up and waiting for a cop to come through with sirens to draw them out. -

Cops vehicles get stolen a lot, so let's say a cop ghosthawk is landed, a deputy shouldn't be able to get in the helicopter because he isn't the proper rank? Thats just dumb
