As far as I know it won't be a safezone. You will be able to access the atm on the NPC at the front desk.

Just because you don't like our opinions doesn't mean they're not feedback or helpful. Plenty of people have told you why it's bad, fix what people think are bad and who knows, maybe you'll make it somewhat nice to look at, currently it throws too much information at you, is too big, doesn't need the image of the server logo or image of the vehicle you're currently in. Sure you said it's not complete, but honestly the direction it looks like it's going in doesn't look like it's working.

Still a lot of it is unnecessary. If I want to know my speed I'll look at the default Arma HUD, I don't need to see an image of what vehicle I'm in or the name of it. Don't need to see what donor level I am either or how much money I have, it tells me in the Y menu which is simple enough to check. Honestly just seems like a waste of time if all of it is unnecessary and there's an option to turn it off.
