Runs aren't dead because some people are super rich. runs are dead because they take so long to do and doing them in any vehicle what will actually make you any money you have a high chance of either cops coming or other players coming. 

Along with the obvious very few people wanna grind the game out for money anymore rich or poor

Servers have been updated for the 1.98 hotfix. You will need to restart/update your game before being able to connect. According to Bohemia the vehicle desync shouldn't be as bad now.

We're experimenting with bringing up server 3 for part of the day. There's no set schedule yet, but I'll be unlocking it in the evening when server 1 & 2 are full.

If we're able to sustain pop, we will consider a set schedule.
