Just to build on what @ Fraali has already said: as most know I am very active with tickets and I even like to go through resolved appeals and tickets to see how other people made decisions, see if theres any mistakes etc. I can confirm that Fraali doesn't allow any cheaters back unless theyve been banned for MANY years. The only thing that he does is make sure they are in fact cheating out of fairness because banning people for cheating without evidence of actual cheating is shitty and sets a pretty poor precedent. Which means if we ban you for scripting - its about 95% accurate. Which means they STAY banned. Which is what we want when it comes to cheaters. If there's one staff member you can expect to stay impartial through and through, especially when it comes to cheating, its this motherfucker. As for the dude who didnt die from the heli drop - I am pretty sure that I was the one that denied the report for cheating. If it was a cheat, such as god mode, he wouldnt have died immediately after from bullets. That being said, I have seen that happen even when there isnt an active bug. The amount of times ive jumped out of a heli that was about to crash while playing cop and got lucky to not die over the years is pretty high. Obviously if this same person continues to do it and is clearly abusing the bug to gain an advantage then please re-report and they will be banned. But a one off where they died anyways isnt enough to prove abuse. I do my best to be transparent and available for everyone for situations like these and others. I know some of you guys havent had great experiences with consistency and if there are people being inconsistent, I do hope you report them to Sr Staff. I will say for me - Im in a one man gang by myself and I dont play with anyone besides when i hop on cop. I am open to explaining anything when people have questions and I have even had a pretty regular line of communication with players in Devreler such as @ 911 and @ YouRock Obama etc. I also welcome that line of communication with anybody else. I am an open book, I will be as transparent as I can and be as honest as I can be to help you understand why decisions have been made one way or another. TLDR; Fraali basically says fuck all cheaters. Report people abusing shit and suspecting cheaters. And I love you

to be fair, this 'but' was moreso meaning despite my opinion, I would rather you still report things you feel are unbecoming of an admin. I have faith in the people I work next to daily. I also just as much want everyone held accountable

If someone is genuinely being bias and protecting anyone without any logic then report it in a staff IA. I believe this situation wasn’t that case BUT if it’s something you truly believe, report the admin(s) so senior admins can look into it.

Ive already said it all. When we do appeals we dont look at who made the report. The cops that reported you havent played with aegis since OCT 23rd - so over a month ago. Thats with me now checking because I just do reports. Just serve your ban , read the rules, and stop being retarded. Ty.

To answer your question on my way out - the senior admin whitelist is just for in-game perks because they are senior staff and get in game perks for their contributions to the server.

Thats Mako. Who is not an admin. The other 2 are senior devs. They just have the whitelist. Keep trying. 2 senior devs, mako, and mason who basically only plays fifa. None of them impact any bans ever. Only Mason would have any say so and hes never stepped on the countless bans made to aegis by me and many admins.
