Custom Action 11 and 12 Dosnt work for me when bound to for instance 4, 5, on my mouse and in general random keys, anyone got any clues? tried asking support team but yeah :^) They work on my numpad but only on my numpad.

Its probably because 4 and 5 are already bound to something. 4 is the menu medics use to enroute/deny people and 5 is the event menu (if you are staff). Might not work to use those as custom actions for these reasons idk.
Numpad keys are different keys. Numpad 4 and 5 are not actually 4 and 5 they are called "Num 4" and Num 5" so i guess thats why they work.
