The APD, by their own handbook, has to roleplay at banks. Until that's amended.. it kinda is that way lol

Currently as the APD handbook is written, banks aren't a "federal event" and aren't a no-roleplay scenario for cops. Could I technically get a whole horde of hostages and make the cops let me get the money and leave (Like an IRL bank robbery might go.)

This doesn't shock me... the other day a desinger was running around with Tree and RIP, and a Tree member who was obviously quitting... the quitting tree member was in a yellow .50 and passenger seating / RDMing everyone, including medics... with the protection of roughly 15 guys who thought it was hilarious. Good times lmao

It can take up to 2 months for a comp request to be completed. Depending on what you're asking for. A normal "I need money" request can be pretty quick. It's easy to do and some of the admins are lazy when it comes to these things and will only do the easier ones. When it deals with "I need my arrests back..." "My gang shed was yoinked by the server" - insert slightly more complicated scenario here.. it will take a lot of time, and only be answered when you finally manage to corner one of the fuckmins and beg them with your titties out.

I think climate change is real. I am not sold that it's our fault and that we're all going to die because of it. Is pollution bad? Yes. Should we try to lessen our carbon footprint? Yes. Are we all going to die soon because of the above things? Doubtedly. You see, the Earth naturally goes through cycles and this could be entirely normal for the Earth. We have only been able to observe a VERY SMALL section of Earth's climate history, so there's no telling how the Earth normally changes it's climate. Climate change is a problem, but I don't believe it's an avoidable problem. I think the Earth's climate will change as it is supposed to and that there's nothing current technology can do to change that.

GL would have given us smokes? That's practically useless vs a weapon that is statistically better. It keeps penetration and velocity over longer distances compared to the regular Spar 16.

I mean, 50 arrests and "easy" don't belong together. Arrests are super situational, and rely heavily on tons of different factors. What's the server pop? Is there anyone hanging out inside cities? Is everyone out doing runs? If pop is higher, how many people are running in groups? Are there even that many wanted players on? and so on and so forth. There have been days I log on for an hour during high pop times, and if I'm being a cunt and taking EVERYONE I can, I get maybe 12 arrests. There are other days where I log on and play for two hours and only take in the 3 people I managed to find doing runs or something (especially recently with the low pop.) It also relies heavily on how big of a massive cunt you want to be. Something a lot of vigilantes don't like to be, but are forced to to get their arrest count up. I have A TON of arrests and so I have slown down on taking people under 250k, but other vigilantes just starting are practically required to farm noobs to get anywhere, and it's toxic.

When I'm on vigi and I find a noob that's just rdming everyone, I explain the game to them before I send their asses to jail. Does that count??? EDIT: Provided they don't combat log the second they get tased

This argument is invalid. Lethaling clears an individual's bounty and thus eliminates any need to process a person, completely doing away with role playing part of a cop's job, which is processing.

We shouldn't reward cops for having to lethal someone period. Lethaling should be a last resort "we have to stop these motherfuckers at all costs situation." Cops should HAVE to try and be smart and figure out how to capture the criminals instead of always jumping to lethals simply because it's super easy and they make tons from it. I'm not saying take away lethaling, or even change the requirements to lethal.. I'm just saying they deserve nothing if they cannot capture the criminals.

This argument is solid, it just doesn't fit what the rest of the council wants. I know because I've made this exact argument word for word. In short, vigilante will receive no buffs unless I go over the council and bring unapproved things up at a meeting, which completely disregards the entire purpose of the council.
