      Unfortunately @ Lucien  and @ -Shawn-  are correct. For whatever god knows reason whenever Arma releases one of these community DLCs, it requires every client to buy it and download it in order for them to join the server. Without having it purchased they wouldn't have the model and sound assets to actually be able to play the server.

      Things on the community workshop exist too but even those we wouldn't ever be able to implement at a server level as they would require everyone to download them. @ Frato  is correct that we can use the client mod for some of this although unfortunately Arma still has it's limitations when it comes to base game items.

      My hope is that in Arma 4 they will do this better so it's something more like Gary's Mod where you download the mod from the workshop before connecting. A system like that would allow us to be able to expand what content we use more without turning away players who do not know how to install the necessary mods.
