Individual Officer Redeployment 1. APD members may respawn to any HQ if there are (5) five or less officers on the server 1. EXCEPTION: If you die at or around an active Federal Event and you accidentally re-spawn at the wrong HQ, you may re-spawn back to the HQ nearest the active Federal Event. Very simple change here. For a long time there have been different stories about when you were allowed to tactically re-spawn that were never written down. As of now, this individual exception should be the only time you Tac Re-spawn outside of the normal guideline unless an active sAPD member in game directs you other wise (not including Any Means Necessary situations).

Granted, this is something the faction LEADER was 1000% on board with. I can’t remember who brought the actual idea up of not getting paid, but it was not a single sAPD member. We were just discussing the whole medical truck thing for federal events again and the medic issue and then it was brought up. Them not being able to revive each other at federal events I think was potentially brought up by us (and I think even that was non sAPD), but our idea was not the money removal from revives.

Granted you should have never been rewarded for being taken hostage. Unfortunately some of you legit never tried to get taken hostage, but the incentive of money drives multiple medics to intentionally get taken hostage or allow it to happen. Or have a medic die in the fed just to request medic to get revived because he definitely doesn’t want to leave the hostage situation. One of those situations where the bad ruin it for the good.

Minor change - 1. If you enter Warzone without a Sergeant or higher due to pursuing someone in, you must check the general area of the suspect you chased in. Once the situation is deemed clear, you are to leave. Do not check the rest of the Warzone Island (Warzone Rebel may be checked despite where the PC comes from).

First change is just to clarify that the APD arent to go and open the doors just because they suspect a Fed is going to start. The bolt cutter change was to implement a tactic to counter the fed after the bomb has been planted. Anyone seen opening the Fed doors before bomb is planted will be disciplined accordingly from this point on. Second change isnt as big as I just wanted to categorize the Warzone/Cartels section together rather than have it bunched up with rebels for clarity purposes. Only real change was that it used to be okay to chase someone in right onto bottleneck and then a corporal checking the entire Warzone Island. That is not the way I want to see that being used anymore. If a Sergeant or higher is raiding Warzone from a regular patrol they may check the whole island. If they enter due too PC of any kind, then they must take care of the general area (generally whichever cap is closest) and rebel then leave as the situation is clear. As for all of the complaints about Warzone Raiding; We have no intentions of removing the current system. However, I have implemented minor roadblocks and preventative measures within the sAPD to hopefully combat potential abuse moving forward. If abuse becomes an issue, I will personally address it. Your concerns are heard and valid issues will be addressed, I assure you.
