It is possible to generate thoughts. Language main purpose is to convey in a uniform manner an idea or concept. Individuals that do not have any language or form of communication can still formulate general ideas and concepts within their head. This could be in the form of operating a vehicle, opening closing things, walking, etc.

Fix the formatting it's caked in copy & paste I can see it with the dark theme, overall it looks ugly (font/colors/formatting). Make it look more 'professional', Include the server rules and general rules, add in how to apply for the R&R with all their links, add in how to apply for the APD with all their links.
