Once again since you didn’t respond in discord… did u submit a bug report? Tell that to any game that has ever existed. Devs always tweak minor things whether its a small buff or nerf. Gang uniforms, designs, etc. are not required to be discussed with civ council. Not even administratIve staff are involved in those matters. as for the other stuff u said. The reason it was added in the first place was to decentivise the medics from intentionally being taken hostage. At the time when it was added it was quite reasonable, however at this time the medics literally sit there for 20+ minutes doing nothing besides occasionally hitting their middle mouse button. The medics should be given some comp for their 20 minutes of time WASTED. All of us agreed that its kind of fucked, however if it is clear that the medics are intentionally being taken hostage for feds again it can always be reverted. Not to mention that DB literally payed medics on the down low to be taken hostage so like even if you really wanted to prevent them from wanting to with the 50% or whatever it was in their pay whilst during a fed, they can always just get payed by wire with money.... If the civs decided to be generous or corroborated with them.

They don't get used for shit, but when I read them on occasions I get a kick out of them. Some times we get called the hard r, sometimes we get called other shit. Sometimes we even get compliments! Majority of ratings are either a 5 star or a 1 star, hardly ever an in-between. You deny a ban appeal, 1 star. You deny a play report, 1 star. You accept a player report, 5 stars. You accept a ban appeal, depends on how it got lifted. etc., etc. IF it was actually used for a metric it would be skewed as fuck. example: @ real estate tycoon
