They don't get used for shit, but when I read them on occasions I get a kick out of them. Some times we get called the hard r, sometimes we get called other shit. Sometimes we even get compliments! Majority of ratings are either a 5 star or a 1 star, hardly ever an in-between. You deny a ban appeal, 1 star. You deny a play report, 1 star. You accept a player report, 5 stars. You accept a ban appeal, depends on how it got lifted. etc., etc. IF it was actually used for a metric it would be skewed as fuck. example: @ real estate tycoon

There was a wager type team based thing that was approved on the roundtables back in the day. Where two groups would go to like salt flats and basically play "paint ball". I think it fell through the cracks tho after it got approved, can't recall exactly why, but this was back when Tech was a dev and stuff so a hot minute ago.

Seems like someone leaked the "Staff Roundtable" to you. Probably @ rabid , but can't prove it. Anyways, The staff roundtable isn't the same as it used to be. The Staff Roundtable was completely removed. I just recently pushed for it to come back, and it is currently only there as a "Rule Change" Roundtable and is more complicated to get any development ideas to be put on there. It doesn't work the same as the old Staff Roundtable. You decided not to type a paragraph but you seemed to have left out a lot of context, you were talking about me not pushing for blackfish changes (which were on a completely different roundtable ALREADY), and yet now you are talking about Warzone. How cops have to pay for like 50% of their loadout, oh no you have to pay for a loadout once! You got an issue with the money cost for cops at warzone, and no additional for cops (EVEN THOUGH YOU GET LETHAL MONEY) you can bring it up to the Sr. APD to address it on their next roundtable.
