Civ Rep Roundtable 9/30/18

Hi everyone, today I will be presenting the latest info from the Civ Rep Roundtable from the staff meeting.  Take into account that some of these ideas or concepts will take time to develop so they will not be immediate changes to the server.  

Idea: Remove Quilins and Prowlers from the server

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Add the CMR to the standard Rebel Shop for 75k

Resolution: Passed

Idea: MK18 added to Warpoint Shop

Resolution: Passed, pricing TBD

Idea: Move Pygros Rebel to between DP 23 and DP 24

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Remove the rotating cartels and go back to a static cartel system.

Resolution: Passed, Church, OG, and OG Mushroom will stay cartels.  Pygros and the other Peninsula Cartel will be removed, a fourth cartel location will be decided upon and will be on warzone island.

Idea: Drug runner airplanes.  Go from airfield to airfield to drop off the drugs.  15k charge to start the mission, high amount of money out of it.  Auto charge when you to start the mission.

Resolution: Passed, will take some time to develop more than likely.  The airfields will not be redzones and neither will be the planes themselves.

Idea: Drive a vehicle from one chop shop to another one and get paid to deliver it to the chop shop.  There will be a timer and the vehicle will more than likely be a ammo truck.

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Add 5.56 and 5.8 Suppressors to the Warpoint Shop

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Reduce the price of Box Trucks and Zamak Trucks

Resolution: Passed, prices will be decided on.

Idea: New loot table for BW.  Adding crafting components.  Crafting components would be common(doors, tires), rare(armored vehicle parts ie:left or right gun for a Ghawk)

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Pilot helmets from RNR and APD added to the Rebel Shop.

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Speed up night cycle

Resolution: Denied

Idea: Deployable Quad Bikes

Resolution: Denied

Idea: Remove Secondary drugs from Cartels

Resolution: Denied

Idea: Bipods reduced from 10 Warpoints to 3.

Resolution: Passed

Idea: Civ's get warpoints for killing cops in Warzone.

Resolution: Passed, 1 warpoint for killing cops.

Idea: 6.5 Stealth Suppressor to the Warpoint shop

Resolution: Passed 

Sorry for the wall of text, was a long time between meetings so there was more to discuss.  If you have any ideas, let @Matt The Savage or I know!

Well I agree on the drug runners I love them on the other server but... may I request that you don't make it so little time I cant enjoy the flight... so many times people sit at the runway knowing you can't wait on them to leave since ur timer is so short.

The removal of quillins and prowlers makes my soul sad. They're the only vehicles that are good at driving offroad. Every other vehicle may as well explode on impact when you hit an invisible fence in the middle of the night.

Well the lack of quilins will make fast drug processing runs an impossibility now unless someone is dumb enough to think an suv can cut it. Couple that with corporals patrolling red zones in orcas every 10 min with ground units on standby it’ll be a fat RIP to the already dead drug running scene. Hope everyone has plenty of coffee to do late night runs.

Why not leave the prowlers in? They’re easier to shoot people out of than a quilin. Oh well it was fun while it lasted on Olympus but the same mistakes Asylum made are being repeated.

if you go look at my post and help we need cheaper ifrits and gear ... If we can get quillins or prowlers let us get ifrits for like 300k maybe

The decision was more than made before the meeting even started. They were going to be removed either way.

People did drug runs with SUV’s 2 years ago before Quilins and Prowlers. Clearly they can be done, not to mention they are faster. It’s also obvious you didn’t see the part where Zamak’s and Box Trucks will get a price decrease to help their usage in runs.

If I wanted to pull cars could do it in town? but o well... just wondering y...

A more simple solution would be to increase the price of quilins and prowlers to 300-400k, and increase their chop value accordingly. People will still use them for runs but I don't think people would be so obnoxious with them at cartels. I'd blow up every quilin/prowler I could if people continued to do that.
