Gang tier list should be added to the wiki. Listing current gangs with over 7 members, giving new players an easier list to see if they could apply or join gangs. Should also hyperlink recruitment threads if possible

This is similar to a project I had planned for the wiki but it would’ve been more of a weekly published page for specific gangs as a recruiting tool for newer players to find established groups to play with. Though I ultimately gave up on it due to how quickly gangs ebb and flow with active members and I didn’t have the time to dedicate to the project. This has been something that’s been on our to-do list in one form or another it’s just a matter of keeping track of every gang that’s active and actually wants to be advertised in that form (some of the ones I reached out to for the project I mentioned declined to participate as they didn’t want new players/to recruit in general)

@ Rafa Another way this could work would be to have, in game, an option similar to wars where you can select "Recruiting: yes/no" (Rank 3/4+)
Then when you pull the information from the stat DB (assuming it would be an API from the wiki into the stat page, or even just another tab on the stat page) it would query based on if that selection is 1 (yes) or 0 (no) and only display those gangs on the list. Obviously there would be some additional factors which could be done using IF THEN statements to filter based on number of active players or any other gang stats you would want to filter by to be eligible for said list of active recruiting gangs.
Sounds simple, but I know it can get very complex. Thats how I would envision it working however!
