Moderators always do tons of events when they first get it and then it dies down after a bit. With someone like that it usually requires a couple staff to run it so it is more difficult to coordinate and I'm fairly certain Noah is busy with IRL shit.

Promets are stronger than mx's. It can shoot out tempest engines, hemtt engines, and so on. Having majority of the police force having a gun that can disable a trucks engine within 6 shots majorly fucks over civs. It was added to cops and removed quickly because it had a very high penetration. was given to corporals I just looked back at the last 10 APD roundtables to back this up. The SAPD majority of the time bring up ideas that buff the SAPD and not the Jr. APD. There were a total of 8 things that got passed and was for Jr. APD (which does not include bank timer adjustment and stuff like that) 1. Jr. APD money adjustment (which civ council was onboard for) 2. Ability to seize gold out vault/money to defuse (for everyone) 3. Flashbang removed nameplate (for everyone) 4. Fix bounty cap (for everyone) 5. P90 for corporal 6. Jeep to deputy, got removed so they could get their taru 7. Armed jeep for corporals, got removed for their taru 8. Prowler for Corporals There are about 5 others that got denied, 2 of which is t3 vest, 2 of which are the same thing. ^ I would say what they are but don't want to "leak staff stuff" so I will keep it discrete. SAPD: 1. Escort event 2. Taru for Sgt+ 3. Taru varients for LT+ 4. AK mag for LT+ 5. Invis bergen for staff sgt+ 6. Allow SAPD to sling dope crates 7. Ability to adjust hex icon rank logos (Sgt+) 8. There are times that SAPD do try and buff Jr. APD, but sometimes its just the wrong way of going about it or the wrong thing. Our goal as Civ council isn't to nerf the APD into the fucking dirt. Its is to try and add things to the server and create balance between factions. If you notice there are plenty of times that SAPD try and paint Civ council as people that make the server shit when in reality the majority of the server is civilians. Without civilians there would no cop. You guys need civs to actually do things as a cop, pull someone over, catching them do a run, etc. If you keep pushing for buffs for apd that screw over civs then it will kill civ life. I'm willing to buff APD, like the money adjustment, we were willing to adjust it so long as you don't make as much as you used to make. From what I see is that the Sr. APD wan't to buff the APD but aren't able to sacrifice something they may have. They have so many things that are very good and just constantly want buffs. I personally want there to be an APD force, so feds are fun, banks are fun, fighting cops is aids but fun, etc. We don't attempt to nerf the APD, there are a little amount of times that we have nerfed them recently (seize change to 500k, which helps civs). but you can't ask for buffs that can fuck over the civs so easily. I'm not sure if you knew about the Promet for example on how easy it is to shoot out engines. I could go on and on talking about this but I don't feel like typing. Also try not to listen to GOAT he is pretty biased and just tries making everyone else look bad. He doesn't know the right direction of where the server should go like he acts.
