It has the spawn chance of the thermal night visions. No one ever did the bw because the loot became dog shit. Having someone very OP and only 1 will spawn maybe once in a blue moon will make people grind for it. Plus Guaranteed Pilot Coveralls so you are not completely wasting your time. -
