Should have been a demotion. Nothing more (if it could have even been considered a fuck up to begin with, considering @McDili's point). Search and Rescue is merit based, no? If he lost his merit and was insubordinate, demote him to pleb level (no offense Advanced Paramedics haha). The disciplinary steps are there for a reason. People are irrational, usually coming to their senses later on. They blow smoke out of their ass, hence why we record how they reacted to situations as apart of the write up. It's additional information for the senior to take into account later on. If he did it again, suspend him. If he did it again after that, blacklist. @Mercury It's like if someone goes and says, "Im going to keep Mass RDMing because I don't agree with the server rules or the admin that corrected me." And then they don't...because that would be retarded and would be counter productive. The guy won't get banned for disagreeing and talking back though as it is not necessary. @MAV Probably said some dumb shit, sure, but people have said much worse and have received no punishment whatsoever. Actions speak louder than words. Point is, Not everyone agrees with punishment, so why react like we've never been talked back to before? I mean, I could give dozens of examples of unruly medics who disagreed in a public way. It's not right, but unless it was like racist or absolutely and completely uncalled for, their reactions were simply noted, not taken as a blacklistable offense. Since we are all giving our 2 cents. 8 years old. Pulled out of class and gathered in cafeteria until my mom came and got me. She tried to explain it but all that really stuck with me was "Sometimes very bad people do very bad things. Today was a day that this happened." Simple but as an 8 year old it helped me understand it. I followed the story like everyone else and every time I watched a video or heard about it, it struck me as very very tragic and eye opening. Everything changed on 9/11. Living through it, you just knew that this was something different, insane, and catastrophic. Still is. Especially being on the East Coast and living only a few hours from the areas being hit. Rest in Peace. God bless the heroes that day that did everything they could to help.

The vigi outpost was moved a little further out in Pyrgos, but it isn't that far. That arrest was in the bag. It isn't hard to reach the conclusion that the suspect player was absolutely fucked and about to be arrested within a matter of minutes. A quick tase/restrain/pull a car and drive right down the street - is all it takes. Especially Pyrgos. Plus, the points you made to Doc were fair and legitimate concerns and you weren't overly confrontational about it at first. You had a fair point, but Admins have to do it by the book every single time or they will be expected to cut the same breaks with everyone else. Doc's point (regardless of danger, amount of gang members on, etc.) is that it was not absolutely 100% certain that you had made the arrest, transported him, and were ready to send his ass to jail. Idk, I see both points here. The system is kind of a pain sometimes. It's tougher than you think to make perfectly unbiased and fair decisions 100% of the time with no exceptions or special treatment. Trust me, if it were anything different, Olympus itself would be different. Sucks you had to deal with that dude. Hopefully that shitter (who is known to be a shitter) is starting to develop a rap sheet so staff can issue a nice extended vacation. Hopefully there is still satisfaction in knowing that.
