Can I have an example? I’d like to know where the sAPD lacks accountability. If there is a TRUE issue with facts, it shouldn’t be hidden. If you know something we don’t.. the floor is yours.

All staff should know being it was discussed at multiple staff meetings as Strikke mentioned. The support members should never be reliable sources for your go-to rule clarifications. They are not staff. They do not enforce the rules.

Alright boys here’s the facts: If someone shoots out tires and THEN engages (therefore using the tires being shot out first as an advantage) then kills the guy, it is considered skirting rules in which could get you banned for fail RP. It’s not RDM by definition because you’re not randomly killing them, you’re just skirting rules. We just may ban for the same length as a traditional RDM. So, engage first. Shoot tires second. I think it was 2 nights ago I got a dispatch when I was on alone and went check it out. This hummingbird was trying to rob some guys in a tempest of silver. I finally made it fuck off and escorted them to athira so they could sell or whatever they had to do. So, we do help with escorts at times. Just depends what’s really going on and if the cop has the wants to do so. I enjoy it from time to time, but as Rex said, nobody really asks.

Fun for you. Not for the SR who does it all the time everyday and sometimes all day. They’re super repetitive. Some can be fun, but generally it’s repetitive and gets really annoying when you have some questionable deputies who have a hard time grasping basics but somehow passed their deputy test. Since you do not run trainings and do not do this regularly, your POV is madly different.

Seniors are obligated to put in an amount of time accumulated between in game and paperwork. If someone does paperwork (P.O. tests, deputy tests, etc) then they don’t need to put as much or any time in game if they don’t want as they put it in elsewhere. When they’re doing deputy trainings, they’re doing it as part of the testing requirement. They’re not playing for fun. They’re not doing training because it brings them joy. Training deputies can be boring and aggravating as all hell. So, they should at least have the grace of doing it without interruption. Also, there is no specific story. People interrupting trainings has been a problem for a long time now. Especially before the training room was changed from public. In the old TS everyone always knew when training was happening. @ OG trident who came and stole a hawk robbed Srs of their gear while having a spawned in hawk on @DeadPool first training.
